Descanso Gardens

Went to Descanso with few friends and painted. finally.

It's so fluffy and happy looking

saw my friend's fb post of her dogs, and i couldn't help smile looking at the dogs big silly smile.
that was one happy looking dog, i tell ya.

Central California Roadtrip

Whether you live in NorCal or SoCal, people in Cali have to travel through the central part of cali that not many people talk about- At least in my circle.  We always take the 5, since thats the shortest route. But what's in between? 

I did a map of central cali and it's landmarks for Travel and Leisure, print. Who knew these hidden gem were right under my nose. So next time you are travelling through the central cali, you should check out these landmarks.

These are two spots I did for Travel and Leisure. 

the colors of the beaches there really struck me when researching. 

so vibrant, unlike santa monica beach. I love the beaches here in LA, but the good ones are hidden.

Maps are painful to paint, but always interesting to look at. 

One day I will have to visit this lovely place...one day.
